At Libra Rising, I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all my policies.   • The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
     

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase.

Items In-Eligible for Return

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Gifts

I realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts, and I will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. If you return a gift, you may choose to receive store credit or to have the buyer refunded for the purchase price of the item, less return shipping charge.

Special or Custom Orders

Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.
